Choral programs
Little voices: A grade 1 choir where the students rehearse once a week during lunch. The students perform at school concerts, eisteddfods and school assemblies. The choir is conducted by Ms Kirrilee Scott.
Junior choir: This choir has students from grades 2 and 3. These students rehearse once a week during lunch. The students perform at school concerts, eisteddfods and school assemblies. The choir is conducted by Ms Kirrilee Scott.
Senior choir: The Senior choir has students from grades 4, 5 and 6. These students rehearse once a week during lunch. The students perform at school concerts, eisteddfods and school assemblies. The choir is conducted by Ms Kirrilee Scott.
Instrumental music
Starting with Senior band at 7.45 am on Wednesday mornings, instrumental teacher Scott King teaches small groups of students on a variety of instruments. Students from years 4-6 can be a part of the instrumental music program. The school boasts both a junior and senior band. From Term 2 onwards, the Junior band rehearses from 8.30 am each Wednesday morning. Instrumental Music Band is offered all day on Wednesdays and Thursday afternoons.
Strings
Our Strings program is offered to students in years 3-6 and offers ensemble and small group tuition. Our Instrumental Music Strings Teacher is Ms Stacey Bolton and is at Miami SS all day on Thursday and Friday.
